Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Process transactions accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- or multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Proven ability to sell and achieve sales targets
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry sales, is an advantage
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills
