Occupational Summary:

The primary responsibility is the upkeep and presentation of our dealerships. This will include tasks such as, but not limited to : painting, general electrical, dry-wall, plaster, general plumbing, and carpentry.

Schedule: Monday - Friday / 40 hours a week

Essential Job Functions: Includes, but not limited, to the following:

• Performing small maintenance repairs such as
  • Plaster repair
  • Drywall repair
  • Painting
• Light electrical work
  • Changing out light bulbs and light fixtures
  • Light repair of wiring
  • Various minor electrical work
• General, basic, plumbing knowledge
• Carpentry
• Some basic maintenance of facilities and properties which may include landscaping and other various tasks
• Uphold laws and safety standards for: D.E.C. – Fire Inspector – OSHA – NFADA – MSDS regulations

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Valid NYS Driver’s license
• Vast knowledge and previous experience of various trades
• Must be able to read/interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Must also be able to speak effectively to customers, managers & other employees in the company.
• Basic math in order to track inventory and order supplies

Physical Requirements:

• This is a physically demanding position. Employee will be on their feet walking and moving around the majority of their shift. Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
