Northside Swim Academy is committed to helping third party companies outside of our own pools with staffing for their programing. We have partnered with an ASA summer league neighborhood team in Johns Creek GA! They are URGENTLY hiring for a Head Swim Team Coach for their summer league team!

Times/Days: practices will run May through the end of June. Practices will first be in the evening before memorial day and then in the mornings after Memorial Day. Specific times are TBD by the neighborhood swim team.

Compensation: Minimum of $3,000.00 for the season (payment schedule TBD by the neighborhood team).

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Being the lead coach for the summer league swim team
• Attend most practices and make sure all assistant coaches have the correct role in coaching the team
• Attend swim meets and create relay teams to be competitive in ASA swim meets
• Write workouts for the swimmers to make sure they are being challenged, but also working on their technique of all 4 strokes
• Knowledge of how to lead practices and keep assistant coaches accountable
• Keeping safety on the pool deck at all times

Requirements:

• Must be background checked with Northside Swim Academy and through ASA
• ASA requirements that will be communicated to you upon hire
• Swim team knowledge and background
• Passion for the sport of swimming

Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $1,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
