Responsibilities

Directs and coordinates the activities of the echocardiography staff. Serves as the technical director of the department ensuring that all compliance, accreditation, and quality requirements are met. The Echocardiography supervisor serves pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:1. Active certification as RDCS (ARDMS) or RCS (CCI) 2. Five years of clinical experience 3. BLS certification PREFERRED:1. Supervisory experience 2. Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or Cardiovascular Tech program preferred
