Endeavor Health is currently seeking a Vice President, Endeavor Health Medical Group Quality, Experience, Regulatory, Education and Risk. This role will lead and direct the performance improvement strategy and implementation process for the Endeavor Health Medical Group to promote safe and effective patient care, appropriate utilization, and to meet and/or exceed payer performance measures.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5 years of a clinical background including nursing, occupational therapy, pharmacy, physical therapy, social work, or another clinically-related healthcare field or similar advanced degree.
• 5 years ambulatory quality and population health experience, and experience in quality or performance improvement required.
• A minimum of 2 years of prior management/supervisory experience required.
• Lean/Six Sigma training or certification strongly encouraged.
• Candidate must be familiar with HEDIS, Milliman, Vizient and other sources of benchmarking, quality data and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

In this role, the individual will:

• Lead the team that identifies, creates, implements, coordinates, manages, and evaluates system-wide ambulatory quality, population health, utilization management, provider and patient education, regulatory & policy/procedures, risk, and infection control initiatives.
• Develop and implement plans to coordinate efforts across initiatives to ensure alignment of tactics and monitoring improvement over time.
• Develop and establish project plans for large transformational quality initiatives.
• Interface with other system initiatives including system Health Equity.
• Work collaboratively with the Endeavor Health Medical Group Physician Quality Leaders and the System VP Population Health and Medical Management to provide consistency in approach to the above focus areas.
• Lead and direct system process improvement and monitoring activities to be in compliance with governmental and other regulatory bodies.
• Direct system process improvement and monitoring activities to achieve maximum performance on Endeavor Health Medical Group and payer quality and utilization metrics.
• Lead and/or participate in Lumeris work streams impacting the medical group
• Work directly with and advise the medical group practices to affect change.
• Oversee practice data extraction/reporting in multiple data bases to ensure data integrity and alignment with overall corporate and payer quality initiatives.
• Develop strong collaborative relationships with operational leaders across the organization.
• Leading, coaching and developing direct reports.
