Job Description:

Position Highlights:

• Sign on bonus: $5000 - $7500 (amount depends on shift, 2 years of prior CST experience required for sign-on bonus)

• Position: Certified Surgical Tech

• Location: Edward Hospital - Naperville, IL

• Full Time (64 hours/pay period, 32 hours/week)

• Hours: 3:00pm-11:30pm, rotating weekends on call, 4-5 weekday on-call shifts in addition to normal FTE

What you will need:

• Must be a graduate from an accredited Certified Surgical Technician program or equivalent

• Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association

• National certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists is required. If applicant does not possess certification at time of hire, must obtain it within 18 months of hire date.

Preferred:

• Previous OR/CST experience

General Summary: Under general supervision, acts as a surgical scrub person by performing any combination of tasks before, during and after surgery to assist the surgical team.
