Position Highlights:

• Position: Nurse Specialist - Medical Group Cardiology
• Location: Evanston Hospital Walgreens Building
• Full Time/Part Time: Part Time (20 hours per week)
• Hours: Wednesday and Friday, 7:30AM-5:30PM
• Required Travel: *Position will be moving to Glenbrook Hospital in April 2024*

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of Illinois required
• Education: BSN required
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience:3 yearsof nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
  What you will do:

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and physicians
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record
