Job Summary: The Ready Start Para Educator works in a Co-Teach model supporting the instruction of 3-5 year old children, including children receiving special education services. This position is responsible for assisting in implementing the district adopted curriculum.

Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training or equivalent is required.

Salary: $28.09 - $33.99. Salary is based upon the current ESP Collective Bargaining Agreement. Rate of pay will be in accordance with the current ESP salary schedule (Level I, 2023/24 ESP Salary Schedule). FLSA Non-Exempt.

Work Year: Hours and days vary.
