Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Cardiovascular Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should possess relevant certifications, demonstrate proficiency in utilizing cardiovascular equipment, and have a comprehensive understanding of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology. • The Cardiovascular Technologist will play a crucial role in assisting physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular conditions
• Perform a variety of cardiovascular tests and procedures, including electrocardiograms (ECGs), stress tests, and echocardiograms
• Set up and operate diagnostic equipment to monitor and record cardiac and vascular activities of patients
• Collaborate with physicians to obtain and interpret cardiovascular test results
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, addressing any concerns or questions they may have
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures and results
• Monitor and assess patients for any adverse reactions during cardiovascular testing

• Minimum two year degree or equivalent in physiology, anatomy, physics, mathematics and electronics required. Must have minimum one year experience performing all cardiac and/or vascular procedures and Cardiac Cath Lab monitoring capabilities.
• Graduate from an accredited school of Cardiopulmonary Technology required (provide documentation)
• ARDMS
• AHA BLS 
• Fire Safety Card required. (must obtain within 90 days of start date)
