NorthPointe Hospitality - Social Media Assistant
We are looking for a creative and driving social media assistant with a passion for the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate is interested in using the web to help our properties grow. This is a part-time position with an opportunity to grow to full-time and is based out of our Sugar Hill, GA office. This is not a remote, work from home position. The social media assistant position is perfect for ambitious, self-starters who have some social media experience. If that sounds like you, let’s chat!
Social Media Assistant Responsibilities
Create social media content for our properties, managing posts, and responding to followers.
Work with our team to develop and implement interactive campaigns through paid media.
Respond to online guest reviews.
Write and edit articles, blogs, and more.
Soak up as much knowledge as possible and apply it on the spot.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
Social Media Assistant Skills Required
Some experience and working knowledge of social media for business.
A thorough understanding of the ins and outs of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Excellent communication skills in person, over the phone, and in writing.
A passionate, positive and willing-to-learn attitude.
Knowledge of Canva is preferred.
A strong ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
