Our growing client has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator with construction industry experience.
Duties:
- Gather all required information as needed by each contract, such as insurance and bonding info, W-9 and Tax ID, Safety information, Supplier list, bonds, E-Verify, site specific safety plans, vendor disclosures, certified payroll reports, etc.
- Complete Pay Applications.
- Report on financials on all active projects.
- Compile and process close-out documents.
- Create PO's and material ordering.
- Document all correspondence and process as necessary for items such as submittals and transmittals
- Construction industry experience
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
