Qualifications:
- Accounting Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Familiarity with construction ERP systems
- Experience with consolidation accounting for C-Corporations with LLC subsidiaries
- Leadership Skills:
- Ability to run a team of 5-6 people
- Independence:
- Individuals who are independent and do not require micromanagement
- Industry Experience:
- Experience in General Contracting (GC), HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical, or plumbing
- Regulatory Knowledge:
- Experience with multi-state corporate registrations and licensing
- Knowledge of sales and use tax rules for contracting
- Familiarity with heating and air replacement
- Must have multi-state work experience, including:
- Department of Revenue
- SOC (System and Organization Controls)
- State licensing boards
- Paperwork rules
