Northmarq is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Executive Admin, who is responsible for providing support to the Production Management group as well as handling day-to-day Office Management responsibilities related to the Northmarq Washington, DC office and staff. The ideal candidate will possess hyper-organizational skills as well as the ability to exercise independent judgement to plan, prioritize, and organize the diverse workload in a fast-paced environment.

Position Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Drive new hire onboarding to ensure that every new employee’s first day is a resounding success
Manage employee access to variety of technology applications and accounts (internally and externally)
Administer company membership in various industry organizations and coordinate meeting agendas and presentations
Schedule/maintain calendar(s) of various recurring meetings
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair contracts (printers, conference rooms, etc.) and service calls for DC office
Aggregate invoices and deliver to accounting for payment
Track and manage client gifts for closed loans
Marketing Communications Management:
Manage and coordinate internal and external messaging as liaison with the corporate marketing team
Internal Systems Management:
Update and maintain department contact lists, organizational charts, template documents, etc.
Deal Screening Management:
Register transactions in various software systems
Set up new loan folders and engage a variety of reports from outside vendors
Manage internal loan filing system
Distribute reports to internal teams
What We're Looking For:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or related business experience
Experience with and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, word), and comfortable learning new technologies
Familiarity with commercial loan terminology preferred, but not required
Excellent/Effective written and verbal communication skills
