We are an IDIQ General Contracting Firm seeking a candidate for Unit Cost Estimator / Project Manager. Must be well versed in Gordian or Rs Means estimating software and Unit Cost Construction Task Catalog. Some Federal experience is preferable.

Candidate should be a self starter, motivated and able to perform independently with minimal guidance required by the District Manager and COO.

Working remote is highly possible with willingness to travel throughout the Western US when needed. Looking for applicants who are available to start immediately or within a few weeks. We would also consider part time remote for estimate development only depending on experience and availability. Ability to perform construction project management of all trades is essential .

If you are not Gordian or Rs Means certified, and ready to hit the ground running, please do not apply.

We are also open to a consultant position with a per project fee.

Our company covers projects throughout the Western US and Hawaii. You can work remotely from major metropolitan areas such as Los Angles, Phoenix, San Diego, etc. You would not need to work at the main office however short notice / short term travel is required.

Benefits are only offered to full-time employees after a 90 day probationary period.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling software, processing Submittals and RFI's is a must.

The following certifications are a big plus:

CQM, CPM, OSHA 30, CPR, First Aid

A higher range salary is possible based on exceptional experience, proficiency, and ability after 6 months.
