We are looking for a uniquely qualified individual in the restoration industry. We are seeking a Xactimate Estimator that is experienced in the estimation of reconstruction projects. The individual that we are seeking is detail-oriented, independent, and accurate. Urgently hiring. 

Responsibilities

• Write accurate Xactimate estimates for restoration projects.
• Create damage reports and Xactimate estimates for submission 
• Keep communication with the homeowner throughout the process
• Gather all necessary field measurements, notes, plans, photo documentation, materials, etc. to prepare estimates.
• Prepare all information for data entry into Xactimate.
• Walking job sites to gather information when needed
• Coordinate site visits with sub-contractors to facilitate all information necessary for accurate proposes as well as coordinate site meetings/visits with clients and adjustors to adjust scope and pricing as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience using Xactimate with the ability to write for exterior and interior restoration.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the restoration or roofing industry.
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Motivated and driven to contribute to the growth of the company.
