My name is Ryan I am the owner of Northline Roofing, I am 25 years old with a passion for business, fitness, faith, and building a creative brand. I have always had a strong interest in filming the journey of my life and posting it on YouTube. I am looking to hire a videographer to work with me closely to help start and build a YouTube channel to document the journey. 

I have been in business for 5 years now and feel things are really about to start catching transaction. I believe this will be a very exciting, fun job for someone with a true passion for videography and YouTube. I would love to have someone join with similar interests and drive so a day never feels like work. 

The job will require some days with long hours, travel, and will be a mix of working at my home and office. 

Responsibilities:

1. Help start a Youtube Channel, film and edit all content 

2. Assist with shooting and posting content on social media pages. 

3. Operate and manage video equipment, including cameras, sound equipment, lighting, and editing software.

4. Capture high-quality footage and audio, ensuring proper composition, lighting, and sound.

5. Edit and enhance video content to create impactful and engaging videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

6. Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements into videos to enhance the storytelling process.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with our brand guidelines.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest videography techniques, trends, and equipment to continuously improve the quality of our video content.

9. Ensure all video projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

2. Proficient in operating video cameras, sound equipment, and lighting setups.

3. Expertise in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

4. Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and sound principles.

5. Solid knowledge of video production techniques, including pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production.

6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

7. Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality work consistently.

8. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

9. Knowledge of current videography trends and techniques, as well as a passion for staying up-to-date with industry advancements.

10. A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box to create visually compelling and engaging videos.
