**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Custodian to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform custodial duties such as cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and dusting

- Conduct floor care maintenance

- Handle industrial cleaning tasks to maintain a hygienic environment

- Assist in facilities maintenance by addressing minor repairs and reporting major issues promptly

- Manage waste disposal

- Uphold high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the facility

**Preffered Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning

- Knowledge of floor care techniques and maintenance

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards

- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus

Pay: $15.83 - $17.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
