As a Tommy's Express Shift Leader, You Get To:

• Perform site and grounds maintenance (lawn care, site cleanliness, etc.)

• Develop, foster, and promote an environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction above all else
• Actively promote and sell car washes and unlimited club memberships.
• Maintain our car wash, vacuum center and grounds for all customer needs.
• Manage and lead a shift in the absence of an assistant manager.
• Execute shift reports.
• Oversee and count down the cash register at the end of your shift.
• Rotate team members in and out of positions throughout your shift.
• Handle warranty claims as needed.
• Hold team members accountable during your shift.
