**Care Center - Northfield, MN - Full Time**

* Deliver superior service and maximize resident satisfaction.

* Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents.

* Prepare, serve, maintain, and clean salad bar for Manor residents.

* Direct other staff in their duties when the Dietary Manager is not available.

* Prepare food and beverage for Coffee Hours.

* Evening meal prep and cook.

* Set up serving trays according dietary orders, accommodating restrictions in compliance with MDH guidelines.

* Prior cooking and cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.

* Food manager certification is preferred but not mandatory. Must be willing to obtain it ASAP after starting.

* Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

* Age 18 or older.

* Must be flexible, reliable, able to work independently, and willing to cross-train in all areas of the kitchen.
