Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels. Responsibilities:
- Conduct swim lessons in a safe and supportive environment
- Provide instruction on proper swimming techniques and water safety
- Evaluate and assess the progress of each student
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Maintain a clean and organized pool area
- Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members

Qualifications:
- Lifeguard certification (if interested in the lifeguard position)
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swim strokes
- Love of working with children

- Must be 16 years of age or older
