Description
- Complete a wide range of maintenance, repairs and projects for our residential customers' single-family homes, apartments and our portfolio of multi-family apartments.
- Perform light carpentry projects including interior trim, doors, flooring and windows.
- Perform a wide variety of general handyman work including gutter cleaning, installing bathroom exhaust fans, installing window blinds, mailbox installation, etc.
- Complete light electrical projects including outlet replacement, lighting fixture installation, ceiling fan installation, etc.
- Patch and paint walls, ceilings, doors, trim or other requested areas.
- Assist in making newly purchased and vacated apartments move in ready.
- Assess and identify areas that need maintenance and repairs.
- Utilize a cell phone app for work orders, receipts upload and other related tasks.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential maintenance and repairs, required
- High-quality workmanship completed with professionalism.
- Solid handyman skills, finish carpentry a must, trim work, cabinet installation, door/window repairs and installation, light plumbing and light electrical skills
- Quality patching and painting skills
- Ability to use a cell phone, computer or tablet to receive work orders.
- Strong work ethic including punctuality, dependability and flexibility, required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel daily within a MA/NH territory
- Ability to pass a criminal and motor vehicle background screening
- Must have your own tools and vehicle.
- Ability to meet the Physical Demands: Lift up to 75 lbs., bending, reaching, crouching and other related physical activities. Ability to operate a motor vehicle. Ability to work in various environmental conditions including extreme heat and extreme cold temperatures.
- Work Schedule: Full-Time Flexible hours, Monday – Friday
- Pay: $35-$38 per hour
- Benefits: (for full-time): Health Insurance (single coverage 100% company paid), Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid holidays
- Location: Travel to residential customers generally in the Merrimack Valley MA region
