Summary

The primary role of a Project Consultant is to drive revenue for the company through sales and customer service. A Project Consultant meets with homeowners and sells services that meet the homeowners’ needs. Project Consultant 1’s report directly to the Field Team Leader.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

• Meet sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
• Perform door to door and self generate business
• Perform inspections on home exteriors
• Sign deals and agreements with prospective clients
• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and communication
• Maintain weekly follow ups with prospective customers and current customers
• Input sales information in CRM and other supporting software to ensure records are accurate
• Network with potential business partners to create a referral stream
• Maintain timely/effective/respectful correspondence with internal and external stakeholders of each project
• Maintain daily reports and records of field canvassing efforts
• Attend all sales meetings and trainings
• Attend company exposure events (home shows, parades, booths)
• Uphold NFC culture and core values to enhance Northface growth and teamwork

Education/Experience

High school diploma, GED equivalent, or in the process of obtaining either; no trade experience required

Language Ability

Ability to effectively present information in a way that is clear and actionable; ability to communicate effectively with homeowners, coworkers, and vendors

Reasoning Ability

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should also be able to learn and successfully navigate CRMs and other various company related software.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
