Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role will be to Direct inbound or outbound activities as part of the operations team by coordinating the unloading and loading of trailers/trucks and keeping carrier schedules within cycle time. This includes making sure internal lead times are maintained, and cycle times are achieved or exceeded by maintaining staging lanes and workflow between dock and receiving/shipping areas so that congestion does not occur as well as ensuring that overall accuracy and security of carrier transfers is maintained. This position works closely with leads and supervisors to adjust to changing workload.
