We are looking for an experienced Insurance Specialist to join our team in Woodbridge.
We are a busy, fast paced Specialist office. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and who likes to work as a team.
Must have knowledge of insurance benefit interpretation, and prior authorization processes for procedures and medications.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-Verify eligibility and benefits for patients
- Obtain benefits and patient responsibility for in office procedures.
-Obtain Prior authorize all office and hospital procedures
- Ensure valid referrals are on file prior to patient visits or procedures
-Prior authorize specialty medications and procedures.
-Additional duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, scanning patient documents and other duties as assigned.
