Job Overview:
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team! As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a medical office setting. Your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional patient care.

Duties:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Collect patient information and update electronic medical records
- Verify insurance coverage
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean reception area

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred but not required
- Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to MULTITASK effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with office equipment, including computers, printers, and fax machines
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient privacy
