This Practice Supervisor for Hospitalist Services opportunity is full time at hours per week, offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule.

Responsible for supervision and coordination of a broad spectrum of day to day clinic operations, provides supervision of assigned practice(s) in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.

Practices effective cost control measures through economic utilization of staff, materials and equipment. Oversees supply inventory, ordering, and maintaining PAR levels that demonstrates fiscal responsibility.

Demonstrates Service Excellence and conveys professionalism at all times and strong motivation to achieve optimum results.

All other duties as assigned.

Job Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Oversee accurate, efficient, safe, high quality, compliant, productive operations of assigned medical practices in accordance with state, federal and local regulations and requirements.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures. Uphold IPM and UHS policies, goals and standards.
  • Compose practice schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels to carry out efficient day to day operations.
  • Engages in staff development; provides general in service as well as individual instruction and orientation.
  • Promotes practice related metrics by supervising and communicating team performance utilizing reports that illustrate patient satisfaction, quality dashboards, revenue cycle reports, productivity dashboards, P&Ls, and other available tools,.
  • Serves as primary liaison for all internal and external stakeholders fosters a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

Job Requirments :

  • Associates Degree with two (2) years supervisory experience required. In lieu of degree, 3-5 years healthcare experience with at least two (2) years being in a supervisor capacity.
  • Experience in medical office operations and Electronic Health Records.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Decision making, process improvement, project management sklls
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency
