Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleaner/Janitor – Keeping professional spaces clean.
- Clean, inspect and maintain all areas as outlined by the scope of work including, private offices, public areas, bathrooms, breakrooms, etc.
- Perform cleaning duties as assigned by supervisor, in a safe and effective manner in conjunction with our Core Values
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Identify and clean areas that are soiled, unkept or dirty
- Use common cleaning equipment such as a vacuum, broom, mop, and dusters
Training – Monthly check-ins/training:
- Equipment tutorials
- Equipment maintenance
- Cleaning techniques
- Performance standards
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVES)
- HS Diploma, or GED
- 18 years of age
- Ability to consistently pass a drug screen
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
- Must work well with others
