Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following :
Handling all staffing responsibilities, including hiring, developing, scheduling.
Purchasing liquor, beer, wine in accordance with a weekly budget.
Supervising staff to ensure food and beverage are prepared and served in a timely, cleanly and safely manner.
Creating and promoting a positive and safe work environment for all employees.
Delivering guests with a dining experience second to none.
Addressing guest complaints with a proactive approach to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
Reviewing staff performance upon open, throughout and at the end of each shift to maintain a clean and organized work space.
Conducting continued training and coaching with front of house team members in order to provide superb customer service.
Entering daily sales and labor reports into Google sheets.
Assisting front of house team members in each of their positions during peak business and high volume shifts.
Representing the restaurant in a professional manner as an involved member of the community.
Requirement
Preferred Qualifications :
Efficient in either Microsoft Office or Google Office
Previous experience in restaurant management required
Familiarity with Toast POS
Excellent customer service and communication
Ability to encourage and motivate team members in a positive manner
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Familiarity with 7 Shifts Scheduling
TIPS,TAMS or Servsafe Alcohol certified
Experience ordering liquor, beer and wine within accordance of the regulations of the MLCC
