Summary:
The Medical Dosimetrist strives to develop and produce radiation oncology treatment plans per the physicians prescription and intent. A Medical Dosimetrist works diligently with the Radiation Oncologist, Medical Physicists, and Radiation Therapists utilizing all available computerized and/or manual treatment planning tools, understands planning goals/constraints, and develops the best treatment plans for their patients.
