Northern Light Health is Hiring an Emergency Vehicle Operator Near Greenville, ME

Northern Light CA Dean Hospital

Department: Ambulance Transport

Position is located: { Location}

Work Type: Full Time

Hours Per Week: 12.00

Work Schedule: Variable

Summary:

The purpose of this position is to Operate Ambulance vehicles, as well as the courtesy and wheelchair vans within the requirements established by the Emergency Medical Service and assist EMT’s with patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs duties using proper technique and following protocols related to BSI, I/C, OSHA guidelines, HIV/HBV, TB precautions.
  • Assists EMT’s stocking ambulances insuring that it properly equipped at all times.
  • Assumes regular rotation for ambulance on-call system.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned or requested
