Requirements Are:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Eligible to obtain Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician Certification (MHRT/C provisional or full certification), Must have MHRT/C certification prior to starting employment.
• Valid vehicle operator’s license in good standing. with access to a vehicle insured with at least the minimum insurance covered by state law.

Summary: Working within a multi-disciplinary team, provides comprehensive case management services to improve mental health, and in conjunction with the primary care provider, improve medical health to adults and children with serious and persistent mental illness.
