Position: Temporary Summer Laborer - Maintenance (painting/landscaping) - Not to exceed 90 days of employment.

Hours: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Friday 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Responsibilities:

• Able to work with minimal supervision and complete assigned tasks at 100%.
• Paint interior walls ensuring proper coverage and quality painting has occurred.
• Perform landscaping work on NHTC properties including, but not limited to: mowing, trimming, weeding, spraying, working with landscaping materials, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years and older due to insurance requirements.
• Experience with painting and landscaping is required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be well organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
