Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. The Industrial Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a high-quality finish on industrial equipment.

Duties:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers
- Mix paints to achieve desired colors and textures
- Apply paint using various methods including airless paint spraying
- Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Inspect painted surfaces for quality and touch up as needed

Qualifications:
- Prior experience in industrial painting or auto painting
- Proficiency with power tools and precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Experience in assembling, machining, welding, and fabricating is desirable

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
