Northern Counties Health Care, Inc is seeking a Development & Communication Manager to join our team. This position is offered as full-time at 32 hours per week. The Development and Communication Manager will help the organization tell its story in service of ensuring long-term financial sustainability, promoting patient access to care, and supporting individual projects. The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of three years of experience in development, fundraising or grant procurement and management. Ideal candidates will be innovative and self-motivated, possessing exemplary people skills, strong communication and organizational skills. This individual will lead fundraising efforts across the organization, leveraging existing team members, management, and the Board of Directors.
