Northern California Motorcycle Training Inc is Hiring an Instructor / Motorcyclist Training Instructor (Petaluma, CA) Near Santa Rosa, CA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced motorcyclist training Instructor to join our team. The motorcyclist training instructor will be responsible for managing the training site/range, and demonstrate, exercise and properly coach students to pass the motorcyclist training class. The ideal candidate must have a sincere desire to help reduce motorcycle crashes, injuries and deaths.

Duties:

  • Responsible for the preparation and condition of the training site / range
  • Arrive early and leave training site / range secured
  • Ensure all registration forms are completed filled out and signed
  • Checking student’s valid identification
  • Use approved training materials provided
  • Ensure all students are wearing full protective gear throughout class
  • Responsible precautions to ensure the safety of each student and condition of training bikes being used
  • Completion and submission of Incident Reports on time
  • Be able to speak in front of a group with good people and customer service skills
  • Demonstrate, exercise, and properly coach students to pass training class
  • Good people and customer service skills
  • Other various instructor tasks

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 year of age or older and possess a valid California Driver's License with a Class M1 Endorsement
  • Must currently own and operate a motorcycle on a routine basis
  • Must have a minimum of 10,000 miles of motorcycle riding experience
  • Must have no criminal history and a clean driving record.
  • Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Must have a sincere desire to help reduce motorcycle crashes, injuries, and deaths
