Northern Arizona Council of Governments is Hiring an AAA Operations Manager II, Prescott, AZ Near Prescott, AZ

$32.72/hr, 40 hrs/wk, 52wks/yr
POSITION SUMMARY:
Working under general direction and with considerable difficulty, this position is responsible for supervising administrative staff and managing administrative operations, such as, but not limited to contracts, quality assurance, information technology, compliance, policies and procedures, and resources information to ensure alignment with program standards, policies, and procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage, supervise, and oversee the daily operaon of the administrative team within the region to ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, grants, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting of programmatic, contractual, and fiscal information.
  • Participate in program development activities to ensure alignment with program standards.
  • Assist with the annual review and revision of the Area Plan and ensure timely reporting to the State, ACOA, and other applicable funding partners.
  • Maintain the program's quality control processes and systems to ensure quality of services.
  • Manage client, provider, and public complaints to ensure appropriate investigation, complete documentation, resolution, and communication throughout the complaint process.
  • Develop/revise, implement and ensure staff compliance with program policies and procedures.
  • Assist in developing training systems to ensure competent and well-trained staff.
  • Act as a liaison with all landlords and oversees all building issues to ensure buildings are safe, in working order, and in compliance with internal/external requirements.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in public/business administration, human services/relations, or other related field of study; and 5 years' experience in Aging or social services supervision, management, planning, administration, compliance; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

Physical Activity:

Physical exertion: Sedentary; _X_ Light; Medium;Heavy;Very Heavy. Work involves exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
Visual requirements: Close visual acuity for compiling and analyzing data; viewing a computer screen; and reading.
Working conditions: Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
