Key Responsibilities: Logistical: Expertly coordinate and monitor participant referrals, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved. Workflow: Collaborate on the enhancement and implementation of patient workflows and processes, continuously refining our approach. Scheduling: Efficiently manage the scheduling of cFRP training activities, encompassing training modules and hands-on, case-based services for our participants. Grant Admin: Provide crucial support for our cFRP training grant program, helping us secure valuable resources. Building Bridges: Identify and foster the expansion of the Spokes of the cFRP, serving as the vital liaison between the Spokes and the Hub. Qualifications: Possess expertise in rehabilitation medicine and care coordination, complemented by practice management experience.
