Job Description*
Northeastern Rural Health Dental Clinics is seeking Registered Dental Assistants to join our growing team of dental professionals. The primary role of the Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) is to assist the dentist as necessary to gain the patient’s commitment for the best possible treatment with urgency. Registered Dental Assistants will be responsible for tray set-ups for patient treatment, seat and dismiss patients, take x-rays, treatment charting, chair side assisting with Dentist during patient treatments, break down operatory rooms and re-set for next patients, clean and sterilize, help with maintenance of dental equipment, and assist with explanation of treatment option and treatment coordinating with patient. Registered Dental Assistant will also perform fabrication of temp crowns, sealants, RCT, preliminary impressions, lab work, and coronal polish.
