Location: Brookline, MA

Shifts: 7a-5p Tuesday to Friday.

Patient narrative: We are looking for a nurse to join our team in Brookline!

Our client is a young woman who is tracheostomy and ventilator dependent. She lives with her loving parents and continues to pursue her education virtually. She is a huge sports fan and loves the New England Patriots! Full time hours available.

NortheastArc-Clinical Services is a nonprofit Medicaid/Medicare-certified home healthcare agency founded in 2003. Our mission is to serve medically fragile pediatric and adult populations in cities and towns across Bristol, Essex, Middlesex, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Suffolk Counties.

  • Diverse Cases: Our cases cover a wide spectrum, from general nursing care to extremely complex ICU-level home care. Most of our patients face feeding challenges and are either G or J-tube feeding dependent. Others may have tracheostomies requiring ventilator support, seizure disorders, ostomy appliances, wound management needs, or diabetic maintenance.
  • Pay Rates: Our pay rates vary based on credentials & differentials:
  • RN: $44/$46/$48 per hour LPN: $36/$38/$40 per hour

Additionally, to join our team at NortheastArc-Clinical Services, nurses need to meet the following qualifications:

  • Licensure: Nurses must hold a valid RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.

While we welcome new grads, having some clinical experience is beneficial. Our cases range from general nursing care to complex ICU-level home care, so a diverse skill set is valuable.
