Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and management of commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property rentals, overseeing property maintenance, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of assigned commercial properties
- Handle lease agreements, including negotiation, renewal, and termination
- Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance and repairs
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a timely manner
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property improvements
- Implement strategies to maximize property occupancy and revenue
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

Experience:
- Proven experience in property management
- Familiarity with property management software
- Strong negotiation skills for contract management
- Ability to handle conflict management effectively
- Proficient in administrative tasks related to property management
- Experience in upselling additional services or amenities to tenants
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices
- Understanding of legal administrative procedures in property management
- Excellent customer service skills to maintain tenant satisfaction
