Staffing Coordinator

Northeast Professional Caregivers is a growing home care agency looking to add a Staffing Coordinator to our Akron office location. We have been in the home care business for over twenty years and have a reputation of providing high quality-high touch home services to our patients. This is a unique opportunity to join a collaborative team in a position vital to our continued growth and success. For the right candidate, this will be a full-time position with the opportunity of a sign on bonus up to $2,500.

Qualification and Skills:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of working and communicating effectively with a wide range of people
• Ability to perform excellent phone skills and strong all around communication skills
• Great energy, empathy and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
• Ability to assist with sales, marketing, and public relations effort
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to be highly organized, able to prioritize and change direction as needed
• Ability to work in high volume (sometimes stressful) work environment
• Highly motivated and able to work in fast paced environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team, contributing positively to team operations and working relationships
• Ability to be self-directed, flexible and supportive
• Must have strong computer skills with computerized scheduling, MS Office
• Previous Home Care Aide scheduling and recruiting experiences preferred
• Previous home care aide experience will prove beneficial
• On-Call weekend rotation duties

Requirements:

• Type minimum of 40 words a minute
• Flexibility and good time management skills A MUST
• Minimum of 1 year of customer experience
• Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills.
• Must be reliable
• Sales experience helpful
