When you join us as a Drawing Checker, the objective is simple:

• Check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and conformance with company standards and project design constraints

Here’s what we are looking for in our Drawing Checkers:

• Identify and solve constructability issues effectively
• Multi-task and support other departments (Production, Quality Control, Project Management) within a small team structure
• Read and understand shop drawings
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience required
• Proficiency using Bluebeam Revu is a plus

More about your new Drawing Checker* position at Northeast Precast: *

• Work and communicate with Project Engineering and Project Management departments to ensure efficient, accurate, on-schedule production for all assigned projects
• Create and maintain spreadsheets to schedule and track precast elements through production and erection
• Check precast production drawings for conformance with precast erection drawings and Northeast Precast standards
• Check bills of materials and manage the flow of materials information across departments

This is a full-time career with Northeast Precast. The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8-5.
