Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator/Site Superintendent to join our team. You will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery and equipment to facilitate a construction project. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Operate and maintain heavy machinery and equipment, such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and graders
- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and efficient operation
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
- Safely transport materials and equipment to designated areas
- Collaborate with construction crews to complete projects in a timely manner
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the construction industry
- Proficiency in operating a variety of heavy machinery and equipment
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -OSHA 30 cert

-Must be able to shoot grade

-Must be able to design lift plans

-Maintain daily logs and submit change orders

-Oversee crew planning and scheduling

-Manage budget, track costs and minimize exposure on the project
