Seeking a Director of Pediatric and Young Adult Clinical Education tobe responsible for providing and coordinating orientation, training programs,and in-service education for the development of facility personnel. The rolefocuses on ensuring adherence to the Nursing Home’s Mission and Core Values,promoting a clinical practice environment, and creating a culture of staffengagement. The Director collaborates with various departments to monitor andprevent infections, establishes policies and procedures, and conductsfacility-wide in-service programs.

Compensation: $120,000 - $127,000

Qualifications:

·Graduate of an accredited RN program.

·Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, required.

·Acute or Long-Term Pediatric Experiencepreferred.

·Ventilator experience preferred.

·Previous experience in in-service education.

·Current NY State RN License, required.

·Current BCLS certification, PALS Certificationpreferred
