Our multi-disciplinary patient care team is searching for a full time Behavioral Health Counselor with at least three years experience. This involvesthe delivery of outpatient therapeutic counseling services to patients. TheCounselor provides direct patient counseling services with a focus on generalmental health to individuals, families, and groups. Work performance isreviewed for conformance to policies, procedures, and practices related tobehavioral health service delivery. The position reports directly to theBehavioral Health Coordinator or the Behavioral Health Director, depending ontheir service site. COVID-19 Vaccination Required

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work or Counselingis required.
• AZ licensing is required in LMSW in Social Work, LACin Counseling, or LMFT. LCSW or LPC licensing is preferred.
• Three years of specialized experience working orrelated to the position is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken skills required.
• EMDR certification preferred.
• Possess current and unrestricted Arizona driver’slicense with no DUI/DWI or reckless driving convictions in the last five years.No more than two at-fault accidents in the last three years. Mustmaintain a valid AZ driver license during employment. Must be insurableby the our liability auto policy.
• Must present a Class I Fingerprint Clearance Cardprior to employment.
• Must pass alcohol/substance abuse testing uponemployment, and submit to random testing during the course of employment.
• Must have an updated Immunization (IZ) Record.
• Must have a current (within 12 months) Tuberculosis(TB) skin report upon employment and provide an update annually.
• Must obtain a CPR and First Aid Card within ninety(90) calendar days of employment and maintain valid updated training duringemployment.
