Northeast Family Services of Illinois is hiring Full Time and Fee for Service Outpatient Therapists to join our growing team! NFS is an established and growing organization with sites in 5 states, specializing in providing therapy services to individuals and families via telehealth, in-person, or in-home. 
 
Our LGBTQIA oriented team has openings for PRIDE Outpatient Therapists. Help us realize our dream of creating a service-based delivery team that REFLECTS the PRIDE / LGBTQIA COMMUNITY! This PRIDE team will provide structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions to the LGBTQIA community in a client’s home or in the office for the purpose of treating a youth or adult’s behavioral health needs. We utilize multiple evidence-based practices that promote families in a culturally informed and competent way. 

Pride Outpatient Therapists work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy. Compensation: 

Full-time: 

•  $55,000 - $70,000 / Salary 

Fee for Service:

• $45 to $55 / hour 

Premiums paid for: 

• Non-English language capacity

• Experience

• Select clinical specialties 

 
Qualifications: 

• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related human services field 

• License in the state of Illinois (LPC, LSW, MFT; LCPC, LCSW or LMFT) 

• LGBTQIA culturally competent by virtue of education, training, experience, or a combination thereof 

• One year minimum experience working with youth and adults preferred 

• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle
