We are an established and growing agency specializing in providing therapy services to individuals and families via telehealth, in-person, or in-home. We are currently looking for a passionate, licensed, master's level clinical professional to join our team as a Clinical Documentation Reviewer! 

TheClinical Documentation Revieweris an independently licensed clinical professional who will be responsible for the review of clinical documentation throughout NFS, ensuring that it is in line with compliance regulations following CARF, as well as state and federal regulations while promoting NFS's mission and values. Collaborate with Program Directors and senior leadership to ensure understanding of needed documentation.

Qualifications: 

• Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related human services field 
• LPHA Licensure in the state of IL required (LCPC or LCSW)
• Knowledge of State and Federal Behavioral Health Regulations
• Knowledge of DHS regulations and service rules; as well as CARF standards or other accreditation bodies is preferred
• Knowledge of Behavioral Health programs in the state of IL
• Knowledge of ASAM criteria, DSM 5, and ICD-10 is preferred 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Experience in quality management preferred 
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office

Hours: 

• Fee for Service - $50 - $60 Based on experience and credentials
