Northeast Center for Youth & Families, Inc. has a full-time opening for a Program Supervisor in our Malden Foster Care Services department.
Primary responsibilities include providing supervision to assigned case managers and coordinating all services to meet the on-going needs of assigned clients through case managers.
Other duties include facilitating weekly team meetings and developing policies and procedures, and providing after-hours on-call support on a regular, rotating basis.
Minimum requirements include a Master's degree in a human service-related field. Successful candidates must also be familiar with trauma-informed care, and three years' prior supervisory experience, and three years' prior clinical experience.
Candidates must have a valid driver's license with approved DMV, DCF, and CORI background checks.
