Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

Job Summary: Provides supervision, opportunities, and skill development to participants served in NeArc’s community-based day and work supports program. Provides supervision, guidance, and training to assigned program case managers.

Major Responsibilities:

• Ensures Program Case Managers are completing daily responsibilities.

• Evaluates and determines program participants’ interests and develops individual skills.

• Provides assigned caseload oversight by attending scheduled meetings, maintaining regular and professional contact with the participant’s team, completing all required documentation, and ensuring the participant’s progress in program as determined by his or her goals.

• Provides transportation to participants in personal vehicle or agency vehicle when one is available.

• Follows HIPPA, security regulations and/or guidelines and always maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• B.A., B.S. in psychology or related field preferred or one to two years’ experience working with intellectually and/or developmentally disabled adults or other related experiences.

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Effective communicator in both person and writing.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. as needed.
