Job Summary for Activity Assistant:

40 hours weekly/Tuesday - Saturday/8:30A - 4:30P

OR

Sunday – Thursday 8:30A – 4:30P

To assist the Memory Care Program Director in implementing a social program created specifically for assisted living population. Activities include: an exercise program, intellectual stimulation, arts and sciences, travel, lectures, spiritual programs, outings and hosting speakers and musical events.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in the geriatric field.

Previous experience working with memory impaired elderly in a paid or volunteer position highly desirable.
